Search online by address or zip code to locate programs, services and resources for clients such as: Low cost medical and dental clinics, WIC Clinics, Food banks, Breastfeeding Resources, Resources for children with special needs, and more with maps and contact information. Create a customized list of resources to print or email.

Call the Family Health Hotline 1-800-322-2588

The Family Health Hotline provides clients and professionals with up-to-date information about state-sponsored health insurance and food programs. Experienced call center staff help locate health and food resources in your community and provide program eligibility screening and application assistance for many State programs including: WIC (Women, Infants & Children Nutrition Program), Basic Food (Food Stamps), Health Insurance for children & pregnant women, (Apple Health for Kids and First Steps), Birth control through the Take Charge Program, and the Working Connections Child Care Program. The Family Health Hotline Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:30 and Friday 8:00-5:00

  • Other languages are served using interpreters via AT&T Language Line
