What you need

Information you need to complete the Benefit Finder:

  • Birthdates of each family member.
  • Gross monthly income each family member earns from a job. This is the amount before taxes and deductions are taken out.
  • Gross monthly income of each family member from non-earned income. This includes other income sources such as child support received, alimony, and social security.
  • How much money each family member pays for child care and court-ordered child support a month.
  • Social Security numbers for each family member applying for benefits.

If you don’t have all the information, you can save your work and come back to finish it later! If you need to stop, just click ‘save my work’ at the top right of the screen and follow the instructions. When you come back to www.ParentHelp123.org, click on ‘Log-in’. You can then pick up where you left off.

Other things you need to use the Benefit Finder:

  • Adobe Acrobat to view your completed applications. Click here to download it for free.
  • If you want to send your application yourself you will need a way to print them (we can send them for you if you don’t have a printer).
